The 1/2 CAESAR SALAD was fresh. Good dressing. Thick and rich. Nice size for being just HALF.
The 1/2 RACK RIBS were delicious. So tender and tasty. Really liked the sauce. Sweet and tangy. The French fries were basic, and the coke slaw was bizarre. Shredded cabbage and carrots with ZERO slaw dressing. So strange.
The WARM BROWN BUTTER CAKE , which arrived cold, was SO tasty after I microwaved and assembled it -- cake, apples, caramel sauce, whipped cream product. Glad I had access to an appliance. Honestly, the WARM BROWN BUTTER CAKE was the highlight of the meal ... and I'm not usually a dessert person.

THE LBC CHEESEBURGERSOFT PRETZELis my main order andI've ordered it countless times.Burger is pretty thick, seasoned well, and juicy.Pretzel is the best I've had in Lancaster. its actally a Pretzel, not a Pizza Crust or whatever and the Beer Cheeseis flavorful,and has a touch of Old Bay (I think maybe?) only issue is sometimes the Pretzels are super Fresh and soft, but sometimes theyre clearly reheated and firm.

Burger was a bit rare for me. I know other restaurants have a drop down for temperature choice on burgers – perhaps yours should have one too? On the bright side, the Caesar salad was large and super tasty with fresh shaved Parmesan. A good value.

THE LBC CHEESEBURGER is always great, perfectly cooked and has some seasoning. SOFT PRETZEL and Beer Cheese is Amazing! Not runny and has a very light beer taste and there's a touh of Old Bay. Best Pretzel & Beer Cheese I've had in town.

That was hands down the best 1/2 CAESAR SALAD I've ever had!! It was a good size too. Salad was fresh, grated Parmesan was fresh, croutons were good and the chicken was juicy, well cooked, hot and seasoned! Would order again!
