Las Tapias Birria is a lively restaurant & food truck in the heart of North Center. We use the best ingredients and provide a great atmosphere. Looking forward to hosting you soon!
Literally the best Birria ever. I cannot see how Birria could be anymore delicious than from Las Tapias. I am a regular customer, whenever I do order I get the zoomies when it gets here because I'm so excited to eat it. Monster Quesadilla is the biggest portion at such a reasonable price.

I tried a creamy tomato basil bisque with Raman and birria in Georgia which was mouth watering and this Ramen was really good as well just wish the meat was shredded a bit instead of big chunks. The quesadilla was extremely delish and I liked that they liked holes in the top to prevent the steam making the tortilla wet and soggy it stayed halfway crispy and was so good.
