The chicken in the the chicken Caesar salad was so dry, it was hard and grey. Majority of the lettuce was from the stalk and still had some of the root attatched to it. The sandwich was ok just a bit dry. I was so disappointed in my order. I've ordered from there a few times and I love their burgers so I had high hopes.

fries were a mix of fresh and burnt, hamburger bun was over toasted to being black in the middle, hamburger was the same way. After working years in the food setting this was lack of clean grill and being over cooked.
