Ordered from Cafe Mosaic Layer Cake Bakery for the first time and it's great! I ordered a sampling of the macarons and they were extremely well packaged, fresh and not too sweet. The macarons would make a great gift package. The flavor of all I've tried is great and pairs well with the almond rose latte. So happy to find a new place from which to order gluten free offerings! Another bonus is the Cafe Mosaic Layer Cake Bakery is close to my work.

I ordered the Box of 4 Box of 4 Cupcakes , which included carrot cake, lemon blueberry, salted caramel, and chocolate. Unfortunately, all four cupcakes were very disappointing. The cake itself was extremely dry and crumbly, to the point that it fell apart while eating. None of the flavors tasted fresh or moist, which was surprising given the variety pack.
The frosting was also unpleasant in texture. It was very stiff and dense, almost as if it had previously been frozen and then thawed out. The cupcakes were not cold, so the frosting consistency felt odd and unappetizing rather than firm from refrigeration. Because of this, the overall experience felt more like eating day old cupcakes than fresh bakery items.
I was really looking forward to trying these flavors, especially the lemon blueberry and salted caramel, so this was especially disappointing. For the price, I expected a much fresher product and better overall quality.

Cocoa Tiramisu was so small. taste is not at all like Tiramisu. its like eaing whip cream. price was 10 dollars for small one. not worth it.
Velvet Dome very small quantity. taste was good
Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Cake Slice. was too sweet.

Omg the Banana Cream Matcha latte was the BEST I've ever had. Best I've had in Irvine. Life changing and made my mood great for the rest of the evening. Bless yall
