• 22-12-10I absolutely adore this place! I have been coming here since it opened (and even before, when it was called Tea Shop 168!), and their Bubble Tea is consistently great. The staff are all kind & friendly people, and the servings of Drink "Add-ons", so-to-speak, (Tapioca, Boba, Jelly, etc.) are always remarkably generous! In 10+ years, I have never once had a bad experience! 🥰

• 22-11-15This will be the last time we order from here, and we've ordered a lot. The last couple times we've ordered, the Pork Shumai Dumplings (4) have been completely undercooked - they're MUSHY and like paste... and the Fried Vegetable Spring Roll (4) are soggy. I don't know what changed, but it's super gross and disappointing.

• 22-06-11Slush was great. Always are. Popcorn chicken was horrible. Couldn't even eat it. Just gross.
