Being a Native of Broussard, it was only Right that I Support and give this restaurant a Try. I already had the delicious boudin twice before so I said this time I would try one of the plate lunches and baby when I tell you they didn't Dissapoint.

Never disappoints! We have it at LEAST once a week, if not twice! Chicken Cracklings (Lbs) are always a hit with the hot honey sauce, Egg Rolls (Pepper Jack) always fresh and cheesy, and the Wings (Lbs) are always fresh as well! Favorite place in Broussard to go too, especially for game day snack!!

Never had a bad experience with ANY of the workers, the owner is always polite to deal with when in store, the best wings, chicken cracklin, and boudin! Food is always fresh, boudin eggrolls with pepper jack cheese always gooey and fresh as well! Since the sure opened we try to go at least twice a week! And make sure yall getting that hot honey sauce with everything!

I'm a catfish fan so trying their fish was a delight--a huge filet, seasoned nicely (not too salty). I also ordered the southwestern egg rolls. All three were creamy and chock-full of chicken, beans, and corn. The jalepeno jack cheese boudin ball was yummy and mildly spicy. Finally, I ordered the pecan candy. I was reminded of my grandmother's pralines--creamy and full of fresh pecans. I won't hesitate to order from here again!

The Boudin (Lbs) are way, way too spicy. At a local craw rest., they have regular, spicy, extra spicy and one they call 911. I can literally eat 5 lbs of 911 without a sip of a beverage. I had to drink 3 full glasses of coke to one link of Boudin (Lbs) . Good flavor but entirely way to spicy.
