The Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi was a sound choice. There was plenty of meat and veggies, but the bread roll was a little disappointing. For me, a banh mi needs a crispy, crusty roll to be authentic, and this one just missed the mark. The roll was a good size, but it was soft and had no real crust.
On the upside, though, the Steamed Wonton- 6 Pieces were some of the best I have ever eaten, 10/10!

Ordered the Pho Ga and Crispy Pork Bao.
The soup was generous and piping hot...lots of noodles and delicious chicken. It was a little different to the pho I am used too with a VERY aromatic broth and no chilli or herbs. It took a few spoonfuls to get used to the broth flavour with its strong, almost overpowering star anise flavour. But once I got used to it, it was thoroughly enjoyable.
The Crispy Pork Bao, however, was the stand out. Absolutely delicious!! Soft bun with juicy tender pork belly topped off with a super crispy crackle and a lovely hoisin sauce. To die for!

Best Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi ever! Absolutely delicious! Roll was crispy on the outside but soft inside, perfectly cooked pork & crackle, as well as soo much flavour! 1000/10!

As always, the food is AMAZING! The key lime pie is soooooo good. The crispy pork bao buns are insanely good. 12 out of 10!
