• 24-10-25I've going there for years and this was one of the best JamCombo plate of food ever! The green beans were a little salty, but cooked perfectly and the Side Curry Shrimp was an accident. I meant to order curry chicken. It was a good mistake! lol

I'm a NY'r, looking for BBQ in Raleigh, and this Jamaican location popped up first lol. It was jam packed, but the incredible food, and HUGE portions is why! If that young cat standing in the back is the chef, he's super Talented.

• 25-03-22Large serving for the price. It was so much that I cant eat it all at once so I also have dinner for later. The taste was perfect!!! I've been eating from Lee's Kitchen for over 15 years and it's always the best Jamaican cuisine.

• 25-11-15As usual, Lee's did not disappoint!! Oxtails were tender collards, Yams, green beans and rice were all fresh and tasty. Their Plantains were sweet and man o man did we have a lot of food. I recommend their beef patties too. We'll be back!!!

• 26-06-11I was very disappointed with the food. The menu for the snack allows you to select two sides to go with your meat choice. I selected my two side choices, which were mac and cheese and collard greens.
Despite the price that was listed on the overhead menu for the snack selection, which included two sides, I was told I had to pay an upcharge of $3.00 for the mac and cheese. I did not want to argue about something that I felt was unfair and inappropriate.
What made the situation really disturbing was that the overcharged mac and cheese was ruined because it was placed and mixed with the oxtail meat and oxtail juices. This situation led to a decline in the food's quality, which did not meet my expectations.
The presentation of the small snack container was very unappealing because the three food choices were squished together in a tiny container. My total charge for the small, tight, thin oxtails and two sides snack was not at all worth the $20.00 I was charged.
The quality of the oxtails was a real disappointment that needs major improvement. I was expecting much better quality, and I would not recommend this food location based on my recent visit.
