It was good brisket, decent smoke ring and flavor. Not Texas Style(My Favorite) and the slices were a little bit thinner than I would have liked but it was still really good! I will definitely be having their Brisket plate again.

Smoked Brisket Plate The brisket was super thin and over cooked. Two small pieces if brisket with the texture of beef jerky. Also missing one of the sides, so I paid $23 for inedible protien and a side of overcooked fries. Very disappointed.

the stake was very tough, the rice didn't even cover the bottom of the tray. I have ordered this dish before it was much better.

Unfortunately Libby's has been inconsistent with their quality and seems to miss key dos and don'ts of BBQ. My brisket was dry! Very dissatisfied with the sandwich. Even if it wasn't VERY dry it's the wrong cut of Brisket for a sandwich! You should always use the point meat for a sandwich, it's fattier and should be juicier and easier to bite through which is what you want in a sandwich. I did not enjoy this.

12 Oz ribeyewas supposed to be medium. came extremely well done. did not taste like a ribeye at all. tator tots were good though. not worth the 44 price tag through doordash
