My drink did not have a sticker over the top of the drink. I ordered a large, but 1/4 of the drink was empty, and there was no straw or napkins. The food was also cold. So bummed. I usually have great service from this Lion's Choice, but this one was a bad experience. 😔

Salty - WAY too much seasoning! In fact, there was an excessive amount of seasoning stuck to the inside of the wrapper and the outside of the bun, so I had to tear the bread off to even eat it. Au jus was too salty, as well. Disappointing since Lion's Choice quality is usually pretty consistent.

I'm not sure what the problem with this store is. The roast beef is well done and saturated in seasoning. Last time I buy from here. The location in Sunset Hills is 100% better.

If you read the name of the item, it says bacon cheddar chipotle, fries, missing items. I requested items for my sandwich. Those are missing as well. I find it interesting that you get a menu you place an order. The order taker reads the screen with the information and yet they still get it wrong. This line's choice is notorious for that.
