The food is always delicious but wish it was door dash delivered in a sealed bag bcuz once the dasher dropped and left my pepperoni cups on the ground in frontof my door and this time several wings were miss from my order!!!

They take extremely long times to prepare any orders, they quality of the food is really shoddy and I had an extremely salty pizza once, last time I order something from they weren't even open even though it was business hours

Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pepperoni
For some reason, Buying a 20oz Pepsi here is Double the price of a 20oz Diet Pepsi or any other beverage for that matter. Even when i ask the driver to exchange the other beverages for a pepsi, I always just end up with a ginger ale. I do not understand this. why should 2 20oz sodas be 12.95? Absolutely insane.

This location is wonderful! The Bear, DE store! We ordered a decent size order late tonight and definitely near closing time. We ordered wings with our order but they were out which is understanding this late at night, stuff happens. A girl called us from the store to tell us this and I said it was completely fine, because it is. She gave us a dessert we didn't order and a thank you note! It's rare to see good customer service anymore so I want to shout her out! This is what keeps us coming back!
