Awesome burger, loved it. And great chips in the loaded chips, big, well cooked and well seasoned. I thought the cheese sauce was pretty terrible though, it's got no flavour at all and really just makes the nice crunchy chips soggy for no benefit. I'l be back, but for regular, cheaper chips lol

The Loaded Gems were missing the bacon and shallots, not the first time it's happened. The portion size has dropped drastically, it's a lot less than what it use to be.
The Loaded Gems with Pulled Pork portion size is ridiculous. For $25 you would expect a decent amount of pork as well as gems. The only thing that was decent in size was the bacon and that was an extra charge.
A while ago everything was great, portion size and correct orders. Don't know what's happened.

A good amount of cheese, bacon and sauce on the loaded fries and the Hickory BBQ and chipotle sauces on the burghers were very good. The burgers were a bit slapped together like a maccas meal, the tomato on my burger was just the tiny skin piece you cut off the bottom and the chicken was a bit more cooked than I like, but then you don't expect anything too fresh when having it delivered. I would buy it again but only in person, it's worth spending on but not worth the extra costs through doordash.
