Everything was exactly as ordered, down to the malt vinegar and tarter sauce.. Food was piping hot, which I truly appreciate. and it was delicious as usual!!! they also gave us an additional piece of fish and chicken, that's awesome. we will order dinner again soon!!

French fries were so overcooked they were hard as rocks. Hush puppies alsoso hard you couldn't even eat them. Worst LJS I've had in a long time.

The meal was all over the place in my box. The chicken was not shaped like the fish and was horrible, didn't hardly have no fish meat just the hard crust on my fish. The building and new management did not help nothing at all. I wish they would have stayed like they were cause at least the food was still better then this. Also, they do not have mayonnaise.

Fish is great like always, goes great with vinegar and the hot sauce. The fries are a little stale and the only reason I rated it 4 stars. Unsure it that's because of the shape. Green beans are good though!

I set up ad account with them online and they sent me a few promos. I tried using one inside and the manager said they wouldn't honor it. Went back to my car to view the online menu and change what I originaly wanted and called in to make the order, the manager then tells me that they dont take call in orders. I got upset and drove home. Really wanted Long John Silver's so I got on Door Dash and ordered 2 wraps, one shrimp and one fish, and added 2 crab cakes. The wraps were good. The crab cakes on the other hand weren't. They were dry and you couldn't taste the lobster at all. Overall good food but the customer service lacks terribly. Especially disappointed that the manager of all employees turned me down for a promotion they sent me , and a call in order. Very unprofessional.
