I have ordered from Los 2 Carnales 3 or 4 times, but I waited to leave a review because I wanted to make sure the quality and quantity were consistent. This place is ALWAYS AMAZING! Steak Taco Dinner, steak Quesadilla Appetizer and horchata Large Aguas Frescas are always my go-to. I order the steak Quesadilla Appetizer for leftovers the next day. Heat it up on the stove and it's just as excellent. Very excited to try the Pastel de Tres Leches for the first time. This is my new favorite local Mexican restaurant!!

Flautas Dinner was very dry and beans tasted spoiled.
Caldo de Res was not even full and only had a small piece of meat in it.
Kids Flautas kids wouldn't eat them the chicken was extremely dry!
Taco Steak neat tasted sour.
usually the food is good but not this time very disappointing.

Absolutely one of the best Mexican restaurants around Joliet and that says Alot considering there are so many great ones in the area.. Tampiquena is fire, carnitas meat fire, and el pastor is fire. Guacamole is always fresh and chunky.

Best grilled chicken tacos in town. the refried beans and rice are 100% good too! this is one of my favorite restaurants. I usually order avocado on the side. This time the order was super super fast! I highly recommend! Try the fried cheesecake burrito. you won't be disappointed!

Chimichanga I ordered extra meat. And they really added extra meat. I even called them to say Thank You. Really good. First time ordering there. I couldn't eat it all, but I will. Cheesecake Burrito. Delicious. Mexican Potatoes Side . Too hot and spicy for me. Hopefully I can order them again and ask for Plain Potatoes. I ordered on Taco Tuesday. Incredible discount I hadn't seen before on DoorDash. So I'll try it again.
