Everything I had here is great! Super high quality ingredients. I personally love the taco Sonora (I never had cactus before, yum!) ... the CA burrito was also amazing and the chilaquiles as well. I know it seems pricey for one taco, but it is totally worth it. They give you so much ingredients for one taco that I am full after one. The customer service is also great as well. So glad to have a unique gem here in Lake Forest, which is full of boring chain restaurants.

So good definitely a go to place! Campechana Fries were crispy and meat was authentic and well seasoned! Steak Burrito tortilla was fresh and did NOT taste store bought! They forgot our Flan but honestly everything made it okay lol sooooo good.

I accidenty ordered a large side of Chips & Guacamole and shared it with my colleagues and we all fell in love. We will be ordering from Lupe's every week.
The food and the chips are fresh,great quality and DELICIOUS. I get the spicy Spicy Shrimp Taco 💯 -the very best. I can't really have spicy food, but I finish my plate everytime.

First timing trying this place and pretty good! Tortillas are bomb. Little confused by the spicy shrimp tacos because they had zero spice and tasted just like the regular shrimp taco. Also, only 3 pieces of shrimp were included in one of my tacos so I do wish they were a little more generous with that. It was mostly tortilla. Overall pretty good though.

Whenever I'm handed my order and it feels as light as as a bag of vending machine chips, I know I'm in for disappointment.
The plop of guacamole is brown. Only had a drizzling of watery sour cream. And the lettuce and tomato garnish are 3 hours away from being actual garbage. I was hoping for a loaded taquito plate like old school places do. Piled high with shredded lettuce and toppings. This is not that.
