East Coaster here with Deep southern roots, this place DOES it right you hear me?! The oxtails were PERFECT. The Greens and Cabbage taste like my Mom's and the Mac n Cheese and Yams brought me back to Christmas with the family. Will be back, bringing friends --- I need witnesses!

I got baked chicken with, collard greens, Mac n cheese, and cornbread dressing. Everything was delicious. Chicken so tender it falls off the bone, and seasoned to perfection. Reasonably priced, and the portions are large enough to be split into two meals.

This Daily Special was excellent ! M&M Soul Food, has the best OxTails. The food is fresh, as promised and tasty 😋 delicious. The corn 🌽 bread looks good and tastes good. The Candied Yams 🍠 are delicious. Order the Daily Special.

My 97 year old mother loves this good soul food. You can see the baked chicken with gravy, Mac and cheese and yams were truly delicious... it's all gone!!! Thanks M & M Soul Food, I highly recommend this food.

Tell the chef.. They did they big one on every single item I ordered! The potatoe salad was just perfect, corn bread so tasty, yams taste like butter, mac n cheese.. Oh my..red beans and rice cooked to perfection… the first time trying the turkey wing and it was my favorite so far! I've have been here over30 times.. This was the best!
I'm humming, pointing and nodding with every bite!
