If I could give 6 stars I would.
I ordered the mango keshari and bisebela bhat while I was trying to recover from fever, and the food was just perfect.
Not too spicy and delivered SO HOT that I didn’t need to reheat anything.
Not to mention, the prices are also reasonable.
Thank you Madurai Idli Kadai for being one of the best south indian restaurants in the bay area, even for delivered food! Please don’t change.

Ordered 2 plates of Idli (3) + Vada (1) but the sambar and chutney wasn't enough. the vada was over burnt. Idli texture and softness was also poor. Way poor quality than idli express. I'm not ordering from this place anymore.

Order was exactly as described - 3 idlys and 1 vada. Idlys were soft vada was decent too but not super crunchy - it was a delivery order after all. They only gave 2 chutneys with order - a third would be nice. Definitely will order again.

Awesome place for one who love to have South Indian food.Peanut kara masala dosa is delicious and my all time favorite.
My kid loves Rava masla Dosa.
They have lot many options
It's fresh and hot.Also a great option for those who are pure vegetarian

PeaNut Kara Masala Dosa was not properly seemed raw in some places (batter became hard/dry, but did not cook) Dahi Vada was absolutely horrible. The Vada had so much imli chutney that it be basically a donut and was inedible. I love this restaurant and visit it often, but today's dosa was not it. And the Dahi Vada might need to be packaged differently with the chutney separate from the dahi vada -- as chutney is also not necessary, it's not dahi bhalla appetizer.
