Terrible customer service! We order from here pretty regularly. Such that we eared a $10 discount. This restaurant, however, treats customers who have earned a discount for being repeat customers like garbage. I ordered cuatro golpes & 2 other items & my cuatro golpes was light! Instead of 2 of everything like usual, they sent only 1, (1 egg, 1 piece of salami, 1 longaniza, 1 cheese). When I called to complain the attitude I got was, "The app offers that discount & so that's how the order comes." There is no indication ANYWHERE that if you earned a discount for being a regular customer, & you use that discount, that you'll get a subpar order. Did I mention that the one fried egg I got was over fried? I spoke to the manager who offered no apology & nothing other than to blame it on the app. She didn't even care if I wrote a bad review. Terrible attitude. I will NEVER order from here again. Terrible customer service is not how you treat repeat customers.

Utensils would've been nice but great food and taste is very different I love the portions as well.!
