the spicy mayo poke is the best in the area. The sauce is just the right amount of spicy without leaving a long burn. The amount of items and way they are sliced is perfectly bite size. The miso soup is also the best in the area in terms of flavor, its not overly salty.

The Agedashi Tofu is amazing!! So delicious. I would eat that for every meal.

It's been a while since I ordered from Mangetsu. This time it was with pickup since I was in the area. Delivery used to be possible through DoorDash, but then the delivery radius changed and my home was no longer included. I got the Mangetsu Ramen which is a pork broth based soup which supposedly helps with protecting the body's cartilage. The pork slices were very tender and the egg was cooked perfectly.

My favorite tonkotsu style ramen with curly noodles and pickled ginger. Miso soup was good and not overly salty. Definitely house made. Bulgogi gyoza was delicious and still pretty crisp even after delivery.
