First time buying food from this food truck and glad I took a risk mostly with my last minute quick lunch! The turmeric seafood rice bowl (mine was seared ahi) was very delicious! Will be ordering there again.
The turmeric rice bowl was perfect; rice wasn't overly seasoned or fragrant yet very light for rice! The amount was surprisingly and amazingly big! The tuna was seared perfectly and soft, plus the cut or size was generous (even for 17) and all the toppings were good choices to pair with the whole meal. Sauce was just tasty; creamy, flavorful and just the right consistency. Only thing I would do next time is to request for less sauce or a side of it so I can taste the perfectly cooked tuna and fresh veggies more. Awesome food!

Portions were very generous. Nice to have another good option in Humboldt. Ordered Buffalo fried cauliflower and it was good but not excellent... please consider serving with ranch on the side so it doesn't get soggy. The Turmeric rice Bowl was large and had a ton of chicken. Flavor was great

Every single thing on the menu is so delicious! The Buffalo fried cauliflower was so crispy and delicious, the House loaded fries with brisket was amazing and then I tried it with carnitas and it was even better. Reasonably priced too!

New favorite! The buffalo cauliflower and the turmeric rice bowl were fire! The portion size is great and they don't skimp on any of the components, I ate the leftovers cold the next day and it was still yummy 10/10 would recommend

So good. The seafood bowl had a GENEROUS filet of tuna, like enough for two bowls great value. House cut fries were perfect
