I had such high hopes. This order was such a let down. This is the dryest Kao Man Gai ive ever had. How is poached/steamed chicken DRY? Like rock hard dry. Was this yesterday's chicken? No one should have let this leave the kitchen. I wouldnt serve chicken this dry at home. The rice lacked fattiness but helped by the soup (also lacking chicken goodness, wth). Som Tum was okay but needed more acid and fish sauce. Chicken seemed over breaded but packed smartly. Spices mild enough for general public. I love KMG so i may give this place 1 more after I get over this.
