I got the Akamaru spicy ramen and it was super flavorful. It delivered extra hot and ready to just be mixed and ate. The best part was the broth and the egg. Well made and amazing ingredients

I always order the Veggie Ramen because the broth and the eggplant taste rich and delicious, just as flavorful as a bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. Today's broth was watery and flavorless and Maru has never disappointed me before. Not sure what happened tonight, but could not eat something that tasted so watery.

Tonkotsu Ramen is bomb! Was having trouble adding an extra egg and mushrooms in the app and MARU was awesome enough to add it anyway. My fav. Ramen place!

Can't count how many times I've ordered from this restaurant and I think not a month goes by that I don't eat this favorite ramen of mine. I always order their Maru Ramen. To start, the noodles are perfectly cooked, the broth is perfectly seasoned, generous with the meat included and taste very good, even the egg is just the way I like it, soft boiled with slightly jammy center. I've eaten a lot of ramens in CA and I can say this is the best one. Highly recommended! 👍

My order can be so difficult adjusting the very delicious vegan ramen. My son likes just the broth and noodles and I made those requests on DoorDash and they made it perfectly! Maru is definitely our favorite spot in town!
We have eaten indoor as well and the service is alway amazing.
