Very good portion, just $15 it came with this huge portion, and very delicious, came with small free ramen with soup on the side so the ramen will not go bad. I loved it

I'm almost sure the broth had a whole can worth of salt in it.
Portion is also kinda small, the noodle just fills up maybe bottom third of the bowl (size of Chinese cup noodle bowl), two slices of chashu maybe adds up to a single strip of bacon, definitely need kaedama if you want to fill yourself up.
Teriyaki salmon is just fine it tastes steamed and skin is not crisp, though pretty evenly cooked.

We have been having Marufuku ramen since couple of years now, but the quality of ramen has changed over time. The portion was less in Hakata Tonkotsu and noodles were too oily and broth was too salty.

The ramen is amazing! Curry was thick and flavorful! The chicken cutlet while tasty and crunchy, seemed a bit small for the price!

My partner & I are avid lovers of Marafuku. The broth is always so savory and rich. The best part is they sell extra noodles to add to your leftover broth! The Extra Thick noodle (HOT) are our favorite.
