I tore up that Spicy TanTanand had ordered a side of rice to sop up all that yummy broth. Came in a cute little container too.

This will be our new go-to DoorDash ramen spot! Almost everything about the Chicken Paitan was perfect. The chicken was so succulent I almost didn't believe it. The soft boiled egg was probably the best soft boiled egg I've ever had? From any place? And the broth is a must-order at least once - also one of the best I've had, though have to try some of my other faves again before giving this the top spot. Only thing was the noodles were a little meh, but that could be the delivery time. This also halved my hangover recovery time, so extra points for that.

Rice was mushy in the Karaage Bowl and had too much green onion garnish all over the entire rice.
Kids meal had 1 piece of broccoli that was blanched so my 8 year old spit it out immediately with edamame that was bland

Hakata Tonkotsu DX broth was delicious but the meat was lacking...it's not enough portion for the pork belly and a thinly slice pork chashu.
