service was pretty slow, my dasher was waiting at the store for 20mins, however the food arrived hot and delicious as always. was worth the extra wait time. chicken batter was perfectly crispy and the inside nice and juicy. taters and gravy were perfect.

Last week, I tried Mary Brown's Chicken for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations. The place was simple but clean; even though I went during a busy hour, my order was prepared quite quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive, patiently answering my questions about the menu. I knew it was a Canadian chain, but I didn’t expect the flavor profile to suit my taste so well.
The bone-in fried chicken was crispy on the outside and genuinely juicy and tender on the inside. The coating wasn’t overly greasy, and the seasoning was well-balanced — neither too salty nor overly spicy. The Big Mary sandwich was especially filling, with a thick and fresh chicken fillet inside. The “Taters” I tried on the side offered a nice alternative to classic fries, with a fuller texture and a more >pronounced potato flavor.
In terms of value for money, I found it satisfying considering the portion sizes and overall quality. Even though it’s in the fast-food category, the ingredients felt a step above the usual standard. If you enjoy crispy chicken and want to try a different chain, I would definitely recommend giving Mary Brown’s Chicken a chance. It has easily earned a spot on my list of places to <b>revisit.

Unfortunately tonight was far from up to their normal standards

The chicken tenders were so dry thankfully I ordered the popins! They were hot and fresh the same as the taters

I ordered two Big Mary's that were more the size of chicken nuggets. I also ordered fries with a kids meal and they gave me taters. Overall very disappointing for the price of the meal.
