I am from Tennessee. I stayed in North Philly. I went to Gino's and Pats, but Max's was definitely the best. Most flavorful and juicy cheesesteak I have ever tasted in my entire life and I Philly cheesesteaks in Tennessee, but this has no comparison to anything I've ever tasted the movie creed encouraged me to eat at Max's.

The cheese steak was good, per usual. However i was a little confused that there's only a HALF cheesesteak option and i paid $30 for it. It was hot and flavorful

I ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese and got a dry chicken steak with barely any cheese. The steak taste like it was made hours ahead. Max's was good at one time not anymore. It was also just cold not even warm. The wings were just too salty. The food quality just wasn't good.

Just wish they'd allow you to order condiments on the steak. But overall the taste of the steak was really good

Ordered wit onions and it came without. I feel like the cheese should be mixed in with the meat but it was just on the bread which made the bread super soggy. The roll itself wasn't that good either. for the price, not worth it at all.
