BigMacs came with old patties, very little sauce so very dry and bland, and pickles when I requested no pickles (thankfully not allergic). But, as a former McDonalds "team member" years ago when I was 16, I can understand it not being 100% fresh as I did order fairly late, and it was a 2 for 1 deal so I'm sure tons of customers were ordering them so they had to make dozens of them, and from experience, I know it's not uncommon for them to 'pre-make' sandwiches to get a jump on lunch/dinner rushes, or when trying to finish your tasks to close the store and clock out on time. BUT, even with that said, I do feel like they still could have remembered to leave off the pickles and use the correct amount of 'mac sauce' (I'm assuming the sauce dispenser, which squirts out the specific amount of sauce for you, was probably running low and the didn't want to open a brand new container since the store was closing in an hour or two). So, while I do understand to an extent, I still feel like it could have been made better had they just focused on the job/task vs focusing on the job/task ending and clocking out from the job. I'd give it a 4/10, 5/10 just because it was a 2 for 1.

I love Dr Pepper so this was a plus for me. The portion of soda was perfect and it was very fresh. I would order again 100%

I should be able to expect the same quality food ordered at night that as food ordered any other time! Burger was dry, bun was stale and fries were old.

I didn't get my spicy McChicken. I got a regular McChicken and I spent extra on the spicy McChicken. I got two regular McChicken's not my spicy McChicken's. I bought extra four and I'm missing my sauces. I paid extra for.

The chicken sandwich was under cooked. I'm not sick but seeing under cooked burgers, the new one, I was surprised that my sandwich was under cooked.
