Food was not edible I order a Large 2 Cheeseburger Meal burgers was old looking and bread was hard. My large fries was half full looks like a medium in a large box. And my shake was melted.

The sandwich bun was stale but the fires where fresh and I would Order again if I get a fresh and the taste of that burger was delicious but next time I want bigger portion of fries

I recently ordered from this McDonald’s location and ordered a caramel frappé with extra caramel drizzle. Unfortunately, the drink did not include the extra drizzle I paid for. Additionally, I’ve noticed inconsistency when it comes to providing straws — sometimes they’re included, and other times they’re not, which can be inconvenient when you’re on the go.
I understand that fast-paced environments can lead to occasional oversights, but attention to detail — especially when customers are paying for add-ons — makes a big difference in the overall experience. I hope the team can work on consistency and order accuracy moving forward.
