I can never get a descent mvagemeal. I love the bagels from mcdonalds but in Cotulla these people can never get it right! Everywhere else I go its perfect. But here never whats supposedto be.
That not the only thing. The McRib barely came out I got one because its my favorite no onions no pickle my coworkers ordered a Big Mac they for got one patty and sauce on one bun. Like fire real they have a job because of us customers and they dont even take pride ive.worked for the same mcdonalds for 6 years and none of this would have passed.mana needs to be better at this.

Order oatmeal and they didn't include the add-ons (apples, raisins), no spoon or straw, orange juice was watered down. Waste of money.

For the past couple of weeks at the time of me writing this review, the orders have been of significantly lower quality. Almost every time I've ordered something from this McDonald's, there have been incorrect or even completely missing items, and the items that are present are put together much more poorly than before. The customer service is also poor, as they have been very resistant to resolving issues every time they arise.
