i got a large caramel iced coffee and my dash bag was leaking everywhere, opened it up to find an unsealed "sippable" lid that obviously didn't contain the liquid . the bag itself was sealed perfectly, but i got what would be the portion of a small coffee in my large cup, i'm sure the dasher wasn't too happy about delivering a leaky bag either.

The smoothie was good but the bag broke and a smoothie busted I feel like they should put drinks in either a smaller bag or the paper bag inside a plastic bag as well so it can't rip through the bag.. The cookies were cold stale

This is the second time we have ordered here and missing a ton of food and the drinks. We received 3 fries and a happy meal. No drinks. A fish filet, 2 cheeseburgers, 20pc nugget, and a Big Mac all are missing.

Chicken was hard for someone who don’t have teeth to chew it... my sons buns were not soft as they should be.. Definitely could have been warmer.... Always have some kind of issues..
