I ordered the 2 Cheeseburger Meal with no pickle and extra onions, but i got no pickle and no onion plus the bun was hard. The French Fries were cold and mushy and the 10 Piece McNuggets were clearly refried and old. The food was a complete waste of money.

Some of the French fries were still frozen. Burger seems like it was left under a heat lamp for a few hours.

This morning I ordered 2 of the sausage McMuffin with egg and a hash brown. When the order came both sandwiches had no egg even though the wrapper was labeled with egg. Reported it to the DoorDash and got a refund. So I re-ordered it again and that order also came and the package was labeled correctly, but there was no egg on either sandwich. This isn't the first time this sort of thing has happened at this McDonald's, but it will be the last time I ever ordered from there.

McDonald's at Eureka and Telegraph CANNOT cook a bagels to save their life. Every single time the bottom is so hard it tears the roof of your mouth IF you can even bite it. The customer is ripped off paying $25+ for 2 bagel meals they can't even eat and door dash gives back $10! McDonald's should have to refund 100% of the order so the loss helps teach them to cook a bagel properly. This is EVERY single bagel bottom. I would post the video of how hard it is but you can only attach photo go figure!

Dry, sauce was in one location and non anywhere else. Lettuce was bad
