Got a Big Mac® Meal and the burger was bland and the bun was stale and the patty small and old and I got a Hot Honey McCrispy™ the cchicken was old and dried out will not order again

Quality is declining which is disappointing. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese (one was a combo 2nd was just the burger). Not sure why one was just a single. One burger was very subpar and the other had 2 pieces of cheese and only 1 patty and fries were on the cold side. I was extremely impressed with this particular store, until today.

The burgers were good, not greasy and made correctly. Drink orders were right. Now, this store really needs to change the fry oil. It tasted so burnt and awful. Have not had this issue before with this store. Last timeI asked for no salt on the fries and got double salt, which I can not have. This time, there was just a hint of salt (still asked for no salt), but it was almost inedible due to the old oil issue.

The fries were old and cold. The Filet-O-Fish was even worse. The bun was hard and so was the fish. The best thing from the entire order was the soda.
