I requested a mcchicken without mayo. I received a laughable amount of brown lettuce, less than a teaspoon. The Quaterpounder with cheese was a hockey puck with no cheese.

Western Ave. McDonald's in Augusta is the best Mcdonalds around. 10/10 would order again. Amazing Staff. Fries always crispy, burgers always yummy.Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal

The fish sandwich was very fresh, hot, roll very fresh. Deelicious!!
McNuggets were fresh, hot. Hit the spot at 09:30p. Good job staff on 2/10/26

I ordered the  Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes , Oatmeal . There was no syrup, nor butter, Fork or knife,. The oatmeal was good, but the Big Breakfast the eggs were bland And had salt or pepper in the bag to season with, the sausage was way overcooked, and there was no butter or syrup for my pancakes or something to eat it with. Not satisfying at all. Usually this Big Breakfast is good but not today.

McCrispy™  overcooked and dried out. inedible. Threw it all away. Usually it is juicy and good.  Burgers both hanging out of buns so far we had to remove it (not easy with Triple Cheeseburger ) to have it more inside bun. Come on McD - get it togetehr.
