Everything was great good orange juice , the portions were perfect everything came like the photo , tasted so good and freshly made , I would definitely order again, this is my go to when I don't know what to eat for breakfast

Lately the service and quality of food have fallen off at the Blue Mound/287 location. The food has been stale, and they keep the dasher waiting excessively long.

The food is good, but the order will always be wrong. Something will always be missing. Always. It's just a question of whether it's something like no utensils and no syrup for your hotcakes, or a big breakfast but no hash browns, or if they forget to include your bacon egg & cheese biscuit. Why do I keep ordering? For my kids, for the convenience, and because when McDonalds makes a mistake, DoorDash makes it right.

Hi, I’m reaching out because I’m really frustrated with the sauce options on the McDonald’s menu in the app. The regular sauces like Sweet & Sour and BBQ were not available to select, and instead only these limited-time sauces like “Demon” and “Hunter” were shown. My kids don’t eat those at all, so they couldn’t even enjoy their nuggets.
What’s confusing is that when I go to the restaurant in person, the regular sauces are still available, so it seems like this is only happening through DoorDash. It feels like customers are being pushed into options they don’t want, and that’s not a great experience—especially when ordering for kids.
Please bring back the option to select the regular sauces like Sweet & Sour and BBQ in the app. Thank you.
