Ordered the usual for the family that I usually get from Sunbury one. Two Triple Cheeseburger and a few bits and bobs on the side. Got it from Rose tonight and first order was so bad had to chuck out like 80% of it. Soaking wet with oil and too crazy with pickles so made everything IN the bag, not just the container, soaking wet. The buns were actually dripping with oil and drenched in juice. Fries and hashbrowns were so dry, but doable. Proceeded to put a complaint in and order a new set for the family and the order was screwed and switched around. At least the bags and containers weren't falling part. Easily fixed this time. Will wait for Sunbury one to be ordering again.

Food was well made. Little hiccup with order due to receipt issue, but the store went above and beyond to get my order to me, which I absolutely appreciated! Highly recommend this store!

the raspberry fanta tastes like Soda water.
the qtr Double Quarter Pounder didnt have any oniona on it. unsure why?it has happened multiple times I've orderd from the maccas.

Just a standard double qtr pounder. Was literally a box of oil! There was that much oil you couldn't hold the burger without the bun falling apart in your hands.
