forgets hash browns regularly....rude when called to report problems..training is lacking...very sad as owner is a good gentleman...his employees seem to not care about customers for the most part...they should be thankful they have a job with a good employer

for some reason these people can never ever put cream in the coffee or even a cream on the sides so you can put in the coffee so you get stuck with a black coffee which ruins a whole breakfast when you wanted a cream or in it or cream in it also the meat in the mistake sandwich is so gristly and just terrible you bite into it it feels like a bite into bone or something it's just terrible and their service up there is terrible every time I've ordered their something is always wrong always wrong so these people just can't get it together I highly suggest not ordering from the McDonald's on Cincinnati Columbus at Cox Road in Westchester they are terrible.
