the Steak Egg Cheese Bagel didn't have any burned crust on the bagel or the steak. the bagel was fresh. the sandwich was put together well, sauce wasn't oozing everywhere.

Big Mac® Meal was disgusting. The person making it must have been asleep. All I received was 2 patties on a dry bun, Nuggets were hard and dry.

my Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe had no tomato, no lettuce, no mayo and a very VERY sad drop of ketchup. it DID have like,7 slices of cheese though so... priorities i guess?

I am very disappointed with my orders from this store lately. Tonight did not get 2 servings of fries. I bought the new chicken big mac and all I can say it was disgusting and had to throw it away. Chicken was hard and not edible and what I did taste was sour. I dont like going hungry after I pay good money for good food. Last week they did not give me my drinks or my sundaes. Staff need to be held accountable for these orders
