I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and an Iced Caramel Latte. Unfortunately, they completely forgot to add the caramel to my latte, which is literally an essential part of the drink. It tasted horrible, and I had to add a ridiculous amount of sugar just to make it drinkable.
What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten something in my order. The last time I ordered, they didn’t even include a straw for my drink.
I understand that mistakes happen, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating. Please double-check orders before handing them out. If you order from this location, make sure to check everything before you leave.

Above and beyond!!! They were out of shakes but sent a Frappe and an apple pie with a sorry note. Thank you for being so sweet! <3
