We did a group order for pick up. My order was a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with extra pickles, no tomatoes. Came with tomatoes, no pickles, the cheese was outside the burger and the patty was raw on the inside. Only one out of four people got fries, and finally I did not receive my McFlurry. This was all one order. I felt horrible going back and getting things fixed as 1) I had already started eating, 2) I was at work 3) it seemed like it was a midnight rush. While I understand fast food tends to be rushed at times, this many mistakes is a little much. Also when I gave the names for the orders I was picking up, they gave wrong names and then "or something". I apologized multiple times if I wasn't being loud enough and in case I was being difficult. Manager did fix my order in the end but I'm not risking this happening again unless someone else buys.

Coffee had no mocha flavor to it, no chocolate syrup, the only thing I wanted taken off was the whipped cream

Staff was horrible to deal with. Waited 20 min for order even though app said it was ready before I arrived. Was missing multiple items. Staff was extremely rude when I told them about items missing
