Everything was put together beautifully and everything was still hot. The coffee was delicious, strong coffee that you could actually taste through all the sweet! Great job to this McDonald's!

everything was good, all accept maybe if McDonald's didn't place the hash browns on top of the napkins. it's been like that every time, and napkins are unusable at that point. I think separating it would be the better thing to do. thanks

Once again, no ketchup. It's right there at the very top of the kitchen ticket. Food is good, but ketchup is important to me. Also, the hash browns on the napkins again. Grease soaked napkins are not useful at all.

So I ordered the Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy™ - I asked to have the fried jalapeños to be omitted.
The box that this sandwich was in even had a paper attached showing this is what I ordered.
But of course, it had EXTRA fried jalapeños on it; I barely ate ¼ of it!
I ordered the 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Meal for my granddaughter and of course there was not any French Fries in our bag.
We ordered 2 things and clearly that is too big of an order to be assembled properly by the employees at the McDonald's on Main Street in Franklin!

Nuggets and sandwich great. No apple pies. Need refund! No straws! Packaging super, first time McDonalds has stumbled. Cokes best!!!
