This McDonalds always does a great job. They get the order right everytime and the food is always hot when I get it. I have yet to have a bad experience, I honestly don't wanna take the chance and order anywhere else! Good job McDonalds New Lex!!

they always fill their coffees halway if you say no ice, they will send you a smalls worth if coffee with75% empty cup. the manager needs reminded how the sizes work! also I gota cup of iced coffee wih no ice and somehow its already watered down even with no ice in it! how?!

they charged through the nose for a bacon double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and they send me a single Patty. this is the third time this has happened

Chloe made sure my sauces were in my bag, because naturally, McDonald's didn't. 60 nuggets and no sauces would have been yuck! McDonald's also didn't have both pies I had ordered so I had to take an apple pie and it was so burnt I couldn't bite it.

I ordered a Classic Cheeseburger Pack and it took over an hour for McDonald's to make it. after finally getting prepared for the dasher to get it the quality was lacking. The buns of the burgers were very hard and crunchy. The texture and flavor was off. Was really disappointed in the quality of the food. The dasher was prompt and courteous tho
