This is one of my very favorite places to eat. Great home cooked comfort food. I especially love the turkey manhattans and the fresh green beans, cabbage and lima beans.

The ham and beans were a healthy portion of true homemade goodness . The cornbread was a pleasant surprise, fluffy and moist. The cheesecake may be the best desert they offer, but it would be hard to pick just one.
Wish we had a MCL in Noblesville.

The turkey was tasteful and juicy. The dressing and gravy tasted like thanksgiving. The rolls are always consistently perfect. The cherry pie was delicious. Besides with the buy one get one, I have dinner for tomorrow

Enough food ordered for one, that I fixed a plate of half as much for my husband. He is 90 yrs old and ate every bite. The only criticism to offer is the roast beef, over cooked, tuff, unseasoned and bland. Couldn't eat. Everything else was delicious and since it fed two, well worth the money.

Normally very consistent,but this time the fried Fried Chicken (Light Meat) was very dry and not good. The coleslaw, which normally I love tasted a little off also. They were out of dark meat and asked me if they could substitute white meat. They charged me more for the substitution and then sent something too dry to eat. I will say that I am a frequent customer and this is my first bad experience with them. The Southern Fried Catfish was excellent as always.
