Hotel Oregon features 42 rooms, with the innermost rooms overlooking the courtyard and the outside ones overlooking McMinnville's lively main street.
Elk Burger was well done with flavorful sauce and the bun wasn't soggy even though there was a lot of moisture with the sauce. Best fries in town: they obviously had good, fresh, oil to fry them in and salted to my taste perfectly. Would have liked the burger a bit less cooked with more flavor.

While most of food was good our kids hamburger was ridiculous. One of the preferences was a Hawaiin roll. Knowing that kid does not like Hawaiin roll, we said no assuming we get a regular bun (silly us). Nope. we got a patty a little larger than a qtr dollar and some Tater-tots for $10. See pic. It was the sillest meal I have seen. I called the restaurant and they said their menu makes it clear that you can only get a Hawaii role with the kids burger. I asked if the DoorDash menu had that info in it and said their restaurant had nothing to do with DoorDash menu. They offered to remake the meal but couldn't because it was door dash. Really disappointing from a good chain.

The quality of food seems a lot lower when you doordash it versus getting it in the restaurant. For a $20 salad the chicken was very hard, about 4 beans and 2 tomatoes in the salad and much less lettuce in the box than you get in the restaurant.

I hope this was a one time thing, but if not, I don't recommend the spinach & Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The chips were overcooked, the dip wasn't really dip(not creamy but chunks), why was it spicy? And we only received a small amount so for the price, it wasn't worth it.

I wish I could add my picture of this salad because it is beyond pathetic. Hearts of romaine chopped up, 3 grape tomato halves, about a tbl (combined) worth of black beans, salsa, corn and a quarter of an avocado- not sliced. Then some chip strips across the top... this is a $5 salad- AT BEST! Not $15! I've had it before and it was great, but this is just disappointing, to say the least
