I have rarely been as impressed with the quality of food from a restaurant as I was with the food I ordered from this storied Greektown tradition - which is making me kick myself (a tough act lemme tell ya) that I haven't been to the resto  or gotten taken out from there in my decades living a stones throw away. Everything I ordered was...pretty much perfect. The butter used in the Spanakopita sang, the feta on the Greek Fries was abundant and with the right level of salt to make then utterly addictive.  Portion sizes were generous enough that I'm sitting here eating a full meal made up of leftovers. Yummo!

The gyros were fine. Too many fries and a bit dry with some really fatty chunks. The pitas were really nice and they were warm. The price wadabit high for quality.  The feta fries were also good. I like the waffle fry style but the price for what it was was a bit high.

everything was incredily delicious and very big portions for a very reasonable price. the Gyro Pizza blew me away truly. this is my new favorite place

I don't get where they get 4.8 star from because this was very disappointing. The rice was so bland and dont get me started on the Greek salad. No lettuce, Tons of feta cheese it could clog an artery. I paid 22 somthing for this and it came with one souvlaki stick. If I could give zero stars I would.

The first time we tried this restaurant it was fantastic! Did not understand why some reviews were so bad since we had a great experience and food portions plentiful and nicely cooked. Tonight   we ordered the same items expecting another great meal. Mixed lamb/Beef Gyros Pita - barely any sauce, meat mixture was half grisl and chewy and half burnt to a crispy bite (too crispy). Fries in the pita were greasy. Tomatoes were very unripe   Greek Fries listed as "French Fries" were actually fried slices of potatoes. These dont stay crisp like FrenchFries,  they get soggy pretty quickly. First time we had these fries, they were amazing! French fries were crispy and overloaded with feta. This time it was soggy and not as nearly  as much feta. The greasiness overall made these two dishes hard to eat and both were shared with my husband. Would not recommend based on tonight's experience. What happened to the great food???  Two of the included photos show some of the unripe tomatoes. Also, very skimpy on the onions here!
