I am unable to eat fish due to an allergy, but I also love sushi. I was really pleased and surprised by the wide selection of vegetarian rolls. The Yam Roll was delicious and very affordable. It was also very filling. They also have a large selection of Japanese Soda flavors. We will be ordering from here again!

THIS IS THE BEST SUSHI IN SANTA CRUZ. RICE IS SOFT AND STICKY NOT DRY AT ALLLLL. THE FISH IS FRESH AND DELICIOUS!!!! THEYRE GENEROUS W THEIR FISH!!! THEY ALWAYS ARE SO QUICK I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 12 MINUTES!!!! GO HERE!!!! (orange blossom roll is my fav def reccomend)

The quality is consistent and DELICIOUS I ordered my two fav rolls the Miami Lady Roll and the Sweet Heart Roll and it's about time to leave a review after enjoying their food here for a while. I'm kinda picky about textures but MG Sushi's texture is on point, the only two ive tried and ordered are always fresh and so tasty!

this was some of the best sushi we have had in a long while!the hamachi, unagi and sake sashimi were really nice sizes , fresh and buttery. the vegetable tempura was crisp and light,and the soft shell crab was delicious. we all absolutely order here again

The fried Deep Fried Oyster, Baked, Unagireen Mussels, Unagi Don and Lion King Rollwere all very fresh and flavorful! The Miso soup was very flavorful as well. I absolutely loved the fried oysters, though!
