I recently dined at Mi Jalisco Mexican Grill in Chico, California, and I must say their enchiladas were absolutely delightful! The perfect blend of flavors and spices made every bite a savory delight. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was friendly and prompt, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend trying their enchiladas for a delicious taste of authentic Mexican cuisine!

The Three Taquitos Plate was fresh and was an excellent portion of food! Lots of fresh toppings and came with a small side of chips and salsa. My only issue was the seasoning, the food/meat was very unseasoned, even just salt would have taken it to the next level.

Had to take a bite of the flan before taking a picture because it looked and is that good!?!?
The Two Gorditas Plate was bigger than I expected as well. The Aguas Frescas Horchata tasted amazing!! With diced strawberries on top muchas gracias todo estaba delicioso!!

They didn't have Menudo today, only on the weekends. I got the chicken and asada taco bowls as a substitute. Tasty and hit the spot. Side note: they have the best Menudo in town. I ordered from every restaurant and none of them are comparable to Mi Jalisco's, unless I make it from scratch, which is time consuming, so no. Just order it, even if it's gonna cost to feed the addiction. 🤤

the Two Crispy Tacos Supreme Platee are absolutely phenomenal every time, and not soggy upon delivery! the rice and beans are authentic and rich and the chips are salsa are typically rather decent. 👍🏻😊
