Ordered chicken enchiladas and the chicken tasted dry, cut up day old chicken or something. Even the red sauce was bland. Had ordered taco de cabeza and it was more like taco of just the fat from the meat. Big chunks of fat, it was a disappointment. I have other tacos de cabeza at other places and the fat served with the meat is to a minimal. The red and green salsa nothing happening there. I will not order again from here. This is the second time I order from here and both were huge disappointments.

They refused to give me limes and onions because I didn't select that I wanted condiments and utensils when I placed the order. When I called and told them that I made a mistake and I do in fact want condiments and utensils I was told "oh well, you should have said that when you placed the order, now we aren't putting it in the bag." Then when I actually got my food the enchiladas had green sauce instead of red, the meat had burnt charred bites all over it that made it taste like ash and the beans were extremely old. This location is really starting to go down hill over the last few years.

Mini burritos was good. Was satisfied with the size and amount of meat, rice, and beans. Size is like if you used your own flour tortillas at home.
Anyway the tacos were a bit disappointing, the tortillas were breaking apart. And no green salsa on the side. Only the onion and cilantro and hot sauce. I did ask for hot saucetoo but checked off green salsa . So the tacos didn't taste thesame .

I don't understand how they give you options of what you want and don't want in your burrito yet disregard your selections anyways. I ordered two burritos all meat no onions and yet they still managed to put onions in. what kind of customer service is this where you specifically request for something to be cancelled out yet they don't pay attention to the service request.
