I moved to CLT from NYC two years ago. I have NOT found good sushi until I tried Midori a couple of weeks ago...I'm on my 3rd order! I literally stopped trying and only ate sushi when out of town. The pick three is excellent if you are okay with the regular rolls. Fish is FAT and wonderful quality. Plua inexpensive. Will have to try the signature rolls next!

The White Dragon Roll was delicious, tuna on top was fresh and the flavor was balanced. The Deep Love Roll though fried did not taste at all greasy, the flavors of all the fish mixed together amazingly and the exterior crunch gave it a nice textural contrast.

Terrible all around. Avocado too ripe tough to eat, low quality fish, mushy oily noodles just all bad

Both the Salmon Tempura Roll and the Midori Roll were delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly and the Salmon Tempura Roll had a sneaky little spicy kick to it that I appreciated.

This was a good serving size . I was disappointed with the sauce on top. It felt like I was just eating some sugar liquid I tried to eat a round of liquid, but they drained the whole boat with it which really took away for me to enjoy because I felt like I was eating sugar, chicken and shrimp
