Easily one of the best sushi restaurants in Denver. Very generous with fish cuts, particularly in the salmon don. Miso soup was piping hot and perfect for a cold winter evening. Extremely considerate with gluten free requirements, provided recommendations about which rolls can be made gluten free and separated gluten-containing items carefully. Mika has my loyalty

This place is the real deal! After many issues with local sushi places, this one did everything perfectly. From their super fresh fish (I only order nigiri so this is super important) to their generous miso soup size, this will be my go to spot for sushi!

Unagi Roll had too much sauce on it and would be really good with less. Alaska Roll was good and had a good balance of ingredients. California Roll was for my son, and he said it was good but a little heavy on cucumber. Yellowtail Roll was good albeit simply plain. Gyoza was actually a disappointment because the menu specifically says "fried", and they obviously were not fried long enough to be called "fried". Being soft and cold takes away from the flavor and all around experience. All of the rolls were smaller than I'm used to from other places. I'm not displeased but maybe underwhelmed for sushi, especially because other reviews spoke so highly of Mika.

I can always rely on Mika Sushi for fast, tasty, and reasonably priced sushi! I tried the Red Rainbow Roll this time and it was so fresh and delicious!
