I have been to two Mint Tapas locations with a group of friends. We like the menus and taste of the Sandy location. When I ordered on the app, I was unsure which area because there was no specific information. For Atlantic Salmon Salad, I thought it would be a green mix of fruits and salad or some similar kind, such as a Tuna Tataki dish. However, the salmon Atlantic Salmon Salad order has only a tiny piece of salmon, two slices of potatoes, and thin slices of carrots. Not as I expected with the price of the item.

Mint has extremely high quality sushi. Fish is always fresh, presentation is amazing and always tasty.

Quality was terrible. The rice of the Nigiri Platter would fall apart immediately upon using chopsticks. Interesting Nigiri options-two smoked fish. Was not a fan of that.
Tempura was soggy and cold. But I enjoy how lightly fried it was!!

I liked the Stargazer Roll and the Apollo Roll , but the didn't slab of white fish on top of the Jupiter wasn't very good. a little too much someone who doesn't like white fish a ton, and can only handle it in smaller doses.
